A HOLISTIC APPROACH OF THE HAIR

For those who already know me is not a secret that I do not deny the spiritual side behind our body. I strongly believe that each and every part of our body is actually a symbol through which the Universe communicates with us. In my opinion is not everything about what we see but how we feel. By the way, have you ever felt like one of a sudden your hair is not “listening” to you? Sometimes, we curl it but will drop immediately, or it’s getting oily to soon, or even after a blow dry or hair straightening it does not have the shine that we know. And I am not referring here to the type of hair that does that on daily basis.

Have you ever considered that might be connected with your inner emotional state?

If you are as fascinated as I am in this topic, let us find out what I discovered about the meaning of the divine treasure that us, women, wore on our heads.

Hair Symbolism

It is believed that our body is designed by The Creator and brought to life by the divine breath of the Spirit that resides in our brain. Our strength and virility is related by nails and hair. Hair symbolizes fertility, instinct, feminine seduction, physical attraction, our soul at the exterior. A long, loose hair means freedom but also immorality, depending the frequency you are on. As well a long hair can be very specific for a person who wants to live outside the society rules, while short hair equates more with social integration

Hair can be correlated with water symbolism which in turn is associated with our emotional body but also with Moon Phases. I am sure that at least one person urged you by now to have your hair cut when is Full Moon or New Moon. If you want your hair to be fuller then it is recommended to have it cut when is the new moon and if you want to speed up your hair growth then cutting it when is full moon will help.

Hair can tell everything about our internal organs as well as how hormonal system works. Our hair indicates the level of femininity and how connected we are with the YIN energy of the Universe. The course of our destiny as women is affected by the changes given to our hair. The informations that our hair receives, reach at the brain through the roots. For those who have short hair, they will receive the information depending on the thickness of their’s hair shaft.

What Does That Mean When Hair Stops Growing On Some Parts Of Your Scalp Or It Thins Out?

The connection with life starts to fade, maybe you have some fears or you are too scared of what is happening around you and you do not want to receive any type of information. It feels like your energy is blocked at all levels and you deny anything and everything that comes to you. Now depending on the parts of the scalp that are suffering with hair loss it may represent the Present or the Future. If the forehead is loosing hair then is related to the present and if is happening on top of your head is related to the future.

Our hair is a channel of light through which the information is running. Hair ca reflect upon your spiritual achievements. It is a sign of empowerment and willing to succeed in life.

Any change suffered by our hair is like a request from our soul that is in need of a change. Nowadays it is so much pressure on us to do things for others, to deliver our best for the others in fact we are required to deny ourselves, our needs, our time.

The hair, Our Mirror

From my work experience I noticed how us, women, deny our rights of relaxation in front of our men, children, family, work, and so on. This is the big joke of the century, an illusion, where the woman has to be continuously active and to deliver her energy in all areas of her life. But where is the balance here? Feminine energy is always open to receive and pamper itself. It is hard to believe, but if you would take 10 minutes to pause every evening, to look after yourself, you would feel the miracle of being in flow with life. Honour yourself as a woman, allow yourself to be selfish with your time, day by day, learn to increase your pauses.

“Dolce far niente” means literally to observe how you feel, to be in the now moment when all you have to do is to relax, breath deeply and simply enjoy the gift of being a woman.

Most of the women do not know what is self care, or self-esteem. You cannot know yourself until you do not know every inch of your body.

You can always start with little steps only. Brush your hair gentle, like our ancestors women used to do before you go to bed. Feel your hair, look at yourself in the mirror straight into your eyes, there lies your soul. Apply some hair oil on tips of your hair, and observe how do you feel in your heart, do not listen to your mind at all. Our DNA is in our hair as well. The DNA has that divine sparkle waiting for you to turn it on. Stop in finding more excuses regarding the lack of time for yourself, no real woman does that.

If you are here in a body of a woman, means that part of your mission in life is to honor that divine feminine energy and to allow it to run through your body like a waterfall from your hair to the tips of your toe. But you do that only when you stop serving others in order to embrace yourself. I am a woman that wants to learn with you how to do that as well, better and better day by day!
